
In this process, you will learn how to automate your sales outreach by utilizing sequences in HubSpot. This method allows you to send multiple emails to contacts, clients, or prospects using various templates, streamlining your communication and enhancing your sales efforts.
In the previous training session, you learned how to use email templates to send personalized one-to-one emails to prospects. Now, let's transition into sequences, which are more advanced automation tools that allow you to send multiple emails to a contact, client, or prospect using multiple templates.

To automate your sales outreach through email, navigate to the Sales section of HubSpot and locate the Sequences feature. Similar to email templates, these are organized by folders for easy access.

Search for "Smart Sell 2.0" and enter the Legal folder. Within this folder, you will find two different legal sequences.

We will add to these sequences as needed. Start by loading the "Legal First Touch" sequence and reviewing its contents.

After loading the sequence, click on the steps to understand its operation. The sequence comprises four automated steps and takes 16 days to complete.

The sequence includes one manual step and two enrollment criteria. It begins by sending the first email to the contact. If the contact...

opens or clicks the email, the sequence will pause. This indicates client activity, prompting the creation of a task for you named "Call Task Legal Sequence Prospect."

This task provides information about the engaged contact and the required actions. Four business days later, the sequence sends a second email, followed by a third email after five business days.

After another five business days, a fourth and final email is sent. Each email corresponds to the templates previously reviewed. Click "Edit" to explore further.

This sequence utilizes legal template number five. It enables you to send multiple emails to a contact without manual intervention over several days. This approach is simple, effective, and can significantly enhance sales outcomes by increasing contact frequency without requiring ongoing human input.
