AI-Powered Review Generation Process

Introduction

The AI-Powered Review Generation feature helps you instantly create high-quality product reviews using artificial intelligence.

This is especially useful when:

• Launching new products with no existing reviews
• Building initial social proof
• Enhancing product credibility to boost conversions

By following the steps below, you can generate, edit, and publish AI-driven reviews directly from your dashboard.

Step 1 - Access Review Generation

Navigate to Customer Data and proceed to Import and Bulk Update. This is where you can access the Generate Reviews using AI feature.

Step 2 - Locate the Generate Reviews Option

Within the Reviews section, find the option labeled Generate Reviews.

Step 3 - Begin Review Generation

Click Generate Reviews to start the process.

Step 4 - Select a Product

Choose the product for which you want AI-generated reviews.

Step 5 - Example Product Selection

For example, select the Coconut Bar Soap to generate reviews for it.

Step 6 - Continue to Generate Reviews

Click Generate Reviews once again to proceed.

Step 7 - Auto-Generate Reviews

The system will automatically generate five reviews based on the product description.

You can edit:

• ⭐ Ratings
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Customer names
• ✍️ Review content

Names are generated according to your selected location or language settings.

Step 8 - Edit or Regenerate Reviews

Because the settings currently generate Indian names, the sample names reflect that. You can:

• Edit the content
• Adjust ratings
• Click Regenerate Reviews for additional reviews

Step 9 - Finalize & Create Reviews

Once you are satisfied with the generated content, click Create Reviews to finalize and publish them.

Step 10 - Publish AI-Generated Reviews

Your newly created reviews will be published on your store as AI-generated reviews.

This completes the process of creating and publishing auto-generated product reviews.
