Disburse Portfolio and Executive Views for Progress Tracking

This document provides a comprehensive overview of how to navigate and utilize the Disburse Portfolio and Executive Views for tracking project progress. It is designed to offer a clear understanding of the total projects, including live, completed, and upcoming projects, all within a single view. By following the outlined steps, users will gain insights into project completion status, progress across various trades, and detailed information on scheduling and project phases.

Step 1

Welcome to the Disburse Portfolio and Executive Views for Progress Tracking. Here, you can view your total projects, live projects, completed projects, and upcoming projects all in one comprehensive view. This interface provides an executive with a complete overview of all current jobs at any given time. You can search for a project and view the open ones you have access to. By selecting a residential building and clicking "Go To Project," you will be taken directly to the executive view.

Step 2

The executive view is an excellent tool for visualizing total project completion. It breaks down progress by different phases, providing a clear understanding of completions between various trades or buildings within the project. For example, the total project completion is 8%, compared to the planned 14%. Under Planned Construction, the timeline is from January 23rd to December 2026, showing an overall percentage of completion. By drilling down into the active trades on the job site, such as fire stopping and drywall, you can assess their progress and performance.

Step 3

Currently, trades are filtered by lateness, highlighting those that are significantly behind. For example, dynamic fire stopping is 1% complete when it should be 25% done. This insight helps identify which trades require attention to ensure timely project delivery. Additionally, filtering can be adjusted using different criteria.

Filtering options include sorting alphabetically or by start and end dates.

The interface is intuitive, offering a clear view of project status. For instance, Blue Ridge Plumbing Systems is on schedule, with 14% complete and 14% planned. This applies to the total project, and you can also switch to a building-specific view.
