Onboarding Process for Mastering Diabetes

This document provides a clear and concise set of instructions to help users connect with their coach using the Mighty app. It outlines each step necessary to initiate communication and set the groundwork for future interactions with the coach.

Step 1

Greetings! Welcome to the onboarding process with Zarah from Mastering Diabetes, your dedicated onboarding specialist.

Step 2

The first step is to connect you with your coach. On your device, please open the Mighty app. Locate and select the chat icon at the bottom of your screen.

Step 3

Click the plus button, then search for your coach, Wendy Sullivan, and select their profile.

Step 4

Press 'Next' located at the top right corner of the screen. In the message field, type: "Hi, this is [Your Name]."

Step 5

Complete the message with: "... I have completed my onboarding." Then, click 'Send' to deliver your message.

Step 6

By following these steps, you will have a conversation history ready for your coach. Shortly, you will receive further onboarding details regarding the Mastering Diabetes University tool. Thank you for your participation.
