Add File Knowledge - Management and Connector Configuration

This document provides a detailed walkthrough for managing File knowledge sources within a platform. You will learn to add, manage, and configure file sources while controlling user access and maintaining system efficiency.

Step 1

Open the main menu to access more platform features and settings.Screenshot

Select Knowledge Management to manage all your knowledge sources and resources.Screenshot

Click Add Knowledge to start integrating new sources into your knowledge base.Screenshot

Switch to the Organization Connector tab to manage sources available organization-wide.Screenshot

Click the Add button in the Files section to start adding a new file source.Screenshot

Enter a descriptive name for your new file source in the Knowledge Name field.Screenshot

Click Browse to select a file from your computer to upload as a knowledge source.Screenshot

Press Add Group Permission to define which user groups can access this file source.Screenshot

Select a user group, such as All-Owner-Admin, to grant them permission for this file source.Screenshot
