This document provides a concise guide on how to effectively set up and manage events using Google Calendar. You'll learn how to create events, invite participants, and set agendas for both online and in-person meetings.
Start by opening your Google Calendar. You can begin by recording a brief explanation, optionally making some ambient noise. The software will prioritize your voice recording.

You are now in Google Calendar, where you can arrange events with your team. In the weekly view, select the current week and click on a specific time slot to set up an event.

Enter a suitable title for the meeting and select the participants you wish to invite.

Choose a colleague or team member to invite to your meeting.

Decide if the meeting will be online via Google Meet or in-person at a designated location.

Add the meeting agenda and save your event details.

Your colleague will receive the invitation, and you can meet at the designated time of the event.

For online meetings, participants can join via the provided Google Meet link. Thank you for following along.
