This document outlines the steps to efficiently use the Insights Dashboard, a centralized platform that provides a comprehensive view of trial activities. It aids in monitoring recruitment progress, identifying delays, and managing patient flow through the pre-screening process. The dashboard offers customizable data and goal-setting features to enhance trial management and decision-making.

Step 1

The Insights Dashboard provides a clear, real-time view of trial activities, centralizing all information to help care teams quickly identify what is working, locate delays, and track patient progress through the pre-screening process. Users can customize trial data and set specific goals within each view to display relevant information.

Step 2

The summary view delivers a high-level overview of trials, allowing users to quickly assess enrollment performance against targets, average pre-screening times, and the total number of patients in both temporary and final statuses.

Step 3

The middle table displays the number of patients per status and the reason for each status selection. The dashboard also highlights the most common inclusion and exclusion criteria that prevent enrollment. These insights help teams identify patterns and improve recruitment strategies.

Step 4

The enrollment view focuses on patient progress, indicating how many candidates have been identified, how many have enrolled, and how these numbers compare to site goals. The dashboard provides data for analyzing actual enrollment, month-to-month progress, and projected totals, allowing teams to determine if trials are on track or require intervention. Pre-screening is often a point where momentum slows.

Step 5

The pre-screening view details the duration patients spend in each stage: awaiting review, in review, or fully pre-screened. By highlighting these metrics, care teams can quickly identify bottlenecks and implement actions to expedite patient progression.

The distribution view displays the counts of total identified patients and their current statuses. This view includes the same middle table featured in the summary view. Together, these insights transform trial oversight from a reactive to a proactive approach.
