Step 2 - Edit Referral Settings

From your Referral Program Dashboard, click Edit Referral Setting to open the advanced configuration panel.Screenshot

Step 3 - Review Current Status and Rules

Here, you’ll see your existing referral configuration and earning rules. We’ll now adjust these to collect information from referred friends.

  • Trigger rewards when any one condition is met, or

If both are selected, the customer will only receive the reward when:

  • The order meets the status criteria (e.g., Delivered), and

Step 13 - Wait and Verify

  1. Enter their name and email address (or phone number).
