This process provides an efficient way to prescreen subjects for studies, allowing for quick and effective selection based on set criteria.
Begin by familiarizing yourself with the new subject screening experience, which enables studies to efficiently prescreen potential subjects.

Initiate the process by creating and setting your study criteria. This is the first step in preparing your study for subject screening.

Once the inclusion and exclusion criteria for the study are established, site users, such as Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), can begin to add candidates for review. This can be done individually, subject by subject.

Users can upload multiple physician notes and records. The system leverages AI to abstract criteria and populate relevant fields. Users can verify the source of extracted values, which will be highlighted in the designated region from the original unstructured notes. Users can easily save changes and review candidates against the screening criteria or opt to bulk upload patients from their Electronic Medical Records (EMR) using an export containing key candidate information.

Next, upload a CSV file formatted with the necessary values for screening. The information in the CSV can then be reviewed and added to the screening queue. Once subjects are in the queue, they can be evaluated.

The system utilizes AI to swiftly identify which criteria are met, allowing site users to efficiently determine the eligibility of candidates.
