You can later reimburse yourself with an Authorized Letter of Medical Necessity. As demonstrated, on the Athletic Greens partner site, both subscription and one-time purchase products are available. Choose a best-selling product eligible with TrueMed under the subscription model. Notice the HSA/FSA eligibility marker and a widget providing a preview of the experience.
Proceed to complete your purchase. Once approved, you will receive a Letter of Medical Necessity, enabling you to submit for reimbursement with your HSA/FSA provider. Add the chosen item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
After confirming the order, view the order confirmation where you will see a tag indicating the product is HSA/FSA eligible.

Within approximately 24 hours, you will receive an email from TrueMed containing your Letter of Medical Necessity. This document, along with your purchase receipt, will guide you through the reimbursement process with your HSA provider.
A reimbursement guide tailored to the selected HSA or FSA administrator will also be provided. For example, if HealthEquity was selected during the survey, follow the subsequent instructions to sign in as a customer on TrueMed to access your LMN.
You will receive an email with a code to access your LMN directly in the TrueMed portal. Use the code to log in, download your Letter of Medical Necessity, and proceed with your HSA or FSA reimbursement.
