Firm App Login and Payment Verification

In this process, you will log into the Firm App with your credentials, navigate to the Payments section, and verify the owner number details. The following steps will guide you through logging in and checking the prefilled information.

Step 1

Begin by logging into the Firm App using your credentials. Enter your email address, for instance, team_boyd@yahoo.com.

Step 2

Input your password and then proceed by clicking the login button.

Step 3

Once logged in, you will land on the home screen. Navigate to the Payments section and click on "More." Notice that the owner number field is prefilled with "Henry Landowner." Attempting to select another option will not display any dropdown menu.

Step 4

If you attempt to choose a different option, the dropdown menu will not appear.

Step 5

When performing a search, "Henry Landowner" remains the only option available in the dropdown. Note that you are logged in with your personal profile.
