Upon logging into Mandup, you can initiate the creation of an event. Fill in details such as the event name, the name of the main participant, the room, the event date, location, budget, and the contact person. For illustration, we will use a pre-existing event, "Sarah's Wedding."

After accessing the page, you'll see an overview of the event. This view provides insights into guest confirmations, pending responses, declines, and an activity log of team actions on the platform. Additionally, you can manage the wedding schedule.

This section includes the functions scheduled for the wedding. Add functions by clicking on "Add Event" and entering the name, date, time, and venue for each function. This feature is particularly useful when managing checklists.

The overview page also features a notes section where you can add quick notes for your team to review later. These notes help track conversations prior to the wedding, showcasing one of Mandup's strengths.

In the RSVP section, you can manage a large number of guests attending your event. Mandup efficiently keeps track of each attendee, regardless of the numbers involved.

Guests can be added to the system individually or through bulk upload using a provided template. Once entered, guests can be utilized in various Mandup workflows.

Your wedding team can create checklists for different events associated with the wedding. These checklists include action items that need to be addressed before or during the event.

Mandup offers the ability to send WhatsApp messages to all guests. Create rule-based systems to contact guests based on their RSVP status, sending customized messages after they opt-in.

You can send custom messages, such as greetings, and attach media directly to all guests. Mandup's AI interacts with guests, updating RSVP statuses based on their responses, ensuring a hands-free management experience.

When guests indicate they will not attend, their RSVP status is updated, and Mandup sends a thank you message. The wedding team can monitor conversations in the User Messages section.

Currently, there are no ongoing conversations, but each chat will appear here. If a conversation requires intervention, the wedding planner team can respond via the Mandup platform. The AI's strength is enhanced by the FAQ section.

The FAQ section includes wedding details like dates, times, venues, dress codes, venue rules, and catering options. Mandup's AI references this section to answer guest queries accurately.
