The dashboard provides tools to assist placement officers and college administrators in monitoring and managing campus recruitment outcomes. Key features include smart cards, an overview of upcoming recruitment drives or jobs, and visual representations based on CTC, statuses, drives, companies, and students. The first component to explore is the smart cards.

The smart cards display high-level details, such as the total number of students on campus, the number of students placed, total companies visiting, total offers, and the highest and average CTC.

These cards are particularly useful for placement coordinators and officers to view upcoming job opportunities. This allows them to encourage student participation by sending reminders and applications to increase engagement. Additional insights include charts and graphs illustrating various placement metrics such as placement status and CTC range. The dashboard lists the top five companies based on CTC, with Hexavar leading with a CTC of 50 lakhs. This chart also shows the top five companies based on the number of offers.

In the current campus and batch, DigitalAll provides approximately 118 offers. These offers are displayed in descending order. Additionally, the highest CTC achievers are highlighted based on student performance.

The dashboard highlights which students have secured the highest CTCs and received the most offers. This comprehensive dashboard is designed to provide a holistic overview of the current recruitment trends within a particular batch.
