This document provides a comprehensive guide on how to navigate and utilize the Talent HR system effectively. By following these instructions, you will learn how to log in, manage your profile, access company resources, track performance, and manage time off efficiently.
Welcome to Talent HR. You should have received an email to activate your account. Please use the single sign-on method to log in, as everything has been set up for you. This is the human resource center that Amplify will be using.

You can save this information to Keeper. Upon entering the main screen, you will be prompted to input your basic information. Please fill this out, and you will see your name displayed.

This demonstration uses a test account. Please fill out all the required information so that it is on record. I will complete this later for demonstration purposes.

On your home page, you can view your time off, your peers, and other company personnel. You can also see upcoming time off and who will be absent around you.

Here, you can access company resources and files, which will be added over time. You will also find company news, work anniversaries, and birthdays. The People tab allows you to view the organizational chart and company directory, with detailed information about colleagues, including contact details and start dates.

Within your profile, you will have most of the access required for your role.

You will see all the information that you have previously entered here.

Under the Education tab, you can add any relevant educational information. Future certifications can also be added here as they arise.

In the Job section, you can view your start date and any pertinent job-related information. In this example, an employee was promoted from Client Success Manager to Business Development Manager. Both roles, along with compensation and promotion changes, are displayed. You can also see the start date of benefits.

Under the Documents section, your signed contract will be uploaded. Your permissions are set to view only your information, maintaining confidentiality between you, your manager, and HR. Tasks related to onboarding will also be populated here.

A series of tasks for new employees, as well as off-boarding tasks, will be used periodically. You will be prompted to complete any tasks as they arise. The section will also include monthly check-ins, performance reviews, and audits.

To book time off, use the red button at the top of the screen. You can view your balance and approved days.

When booking time off, select whether it is a sick day or vacation day and specify the duration.

For demonstration purposes, let's book a test vacation day from today to the 12th and add a test note.

Add a test note here.

The request will be sent to your manager, Mark Humphries, who will approve it before it is confirmed.

You can see this as a requested day off until it is approved.

Time tracking features are not currently active. This function includes clocking in and out and may be utilized in the future.

Under Performance, you will find quarterly performance reviews. A test example is displayed here.

In the Performance section, you will answer a series of questions as will your manager. The responses will be displayed here.

Performance reviews are tracked within this HR management system.

We may also develop an asset tracking section for software licenses and physical assets like computers. Additionally, a basic HR guide is available under Files.

More files may be added for employee reference. You can also view the time off calendar for colleagues.

Sick days are represented by a bandage icon and vacation days by an island icon. Tasks related to performance reviews will appear here.

You can view completed and pending tasks in this section.

This concludes the overview of Talent HR. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mark Humphries.
