
This document outlines the process of effectively responding to text conversations within the CoBro and Compass platforms. Follow these steps to ensure smooth communication and efficient responses.
To respond to a text conversation, first navigate to the main menu located in the top left-hand corner and select the "Texting" option.

On the Texting Conversations page, identify any conversation with a number indicator next to it. Click on it to view and respond directly from this page.

When a student confirms their attendance for a tutoring session, acknowledge receipt of their message. Enter your response in the "Text" field at the bottom of the screen. Click "Send" to communicate back to the student directly from the Conversation screen.
