The recruiter should access the interview analysis section to review the detailed evaluation of a completed interview.

Navigate to the "Interview" tab and select the "Completed" section. Here, you'll find a recording of the interview along with a comprehensive analysis, including a full transcript and a skill assessment.

The analysis is conducted based on the job description provided for the specific role, such as a data engineering job. It highlights the core engineering skills possessed by the candidate.

The system identifies the candidate's strengths and provides evidence based on their responses in system design and other areas.

A thorough code analysis is conducted, comparing the candidate's submitted code with the optimal solution. This includes an overall assessment of the code provided by the candidate.
