
This document provides a concise overview of using Google Calendar to schedule and manage your events efficiently. You will learn how to select dates, create events, and invite guests with ease.
To begin, access Google Calendar. On the left side of the interface, you will find the date and time calendar displaying days and dates.

Select any specific date where you wish to set up a meeting or note any events. The selected dates will appear on the right side of the screen.

On the right side, locate the dates and click on a time slot. Here, you can add titles and invite guests to your event.

Choose whether the meeting will be online and save it as an event. You can also add descriptions and context to the meeting, such as pre-reads.
