Navigating the STRATA Manager Platform - Property Performance Overview Module

This document outlines the process of accessing and understanding the Property Performance Overview within the STRATA Manager platform. It details how to log in, view property details, and utilize various features such as sorting and downloading information.

Step 1

Upon logging into the STRATA Manager platform, locate the "Property Performance Overview" under the "Manage" section. Click on this option to proceed.

Step 2

Once you click on the "Property Performance Overview" module, the properties will load, displaying various details. Use the search bar to find specific properties, download the information as an Excel file, or sort the data using the available sort icons.

Step 3

You will see details such as property address, overdue tasks, invoices, AGMs, levy information, last AGM date, insurance status, and management fees. Each record features a plus icon; clicking it reveals the number of lots and the name of the STRATA manager for the property.

Step 4

Real-time data, including the reconciliation status, is also displayed in this section.

Step 5

Check whether the property is reconciled and view fund balances, among other details. This feature enables you to easily assess the performance of the selected property.
