Welcome to the Tripziko CRM training for the lead section. In this guide, you will learn how to add a new query. To get started, click on the "Add Query" option and fill in the required details.

Enter the client's phone number.

Provide the client's email address and specify their traveling dates.

Input the number of adults and children, and if there are any friends, please mention them. Additionally, set the priority. You will see multiple options here.

After the customer's requirements are established, select their departure city and destination.

Identify the source of the lead, such as whether it is a referral or a repeat customer. Assign the lead to a salesperson if necessary.

If you have any remarks, please include them here.

Finally, click on the submit button.

After submission, you can search for your lead using the phone number you provided. As shown, you can retrieve your lead using this method.
