Final step: Activating Zappr flow & de-duplicating orders on Shiprocket

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough for activating the Zappr integration on your Shopify and ShipRocket accounts. This integration involves setting up a workflow in Shopify to tag orders and configuring ShipRocket to manage these tagged orders appropriately.

Step 1

Access Shopify Admin Dashboard

Navigate to your Shopify admin dashboard. From there, go to the Apps section and search for "Flow."

Open the Flow App

Launch the Flow app from your Shopify dashboard.

Enable the Zappr Tag Workflow

Locate the pre-created Zappr tag workflow and activate it. This workflow ensures that for every new order, if the pin codes are within our serviceable range, the order is tagged with "zappr" and the order note is updated with the same.

Log into ShipRocket

Sign in to your ShipRocket dashboard to proceed with further configuration.

Access Channels in ShipRocket

In your ShipRocket dashboard, navigate to Setup and Manage, then select Channels. Find your active Shopify channel, click on Edit, and scroll down to continue.

Set Fetch Preferences

In the preferences section for syncing information from Shopify to ShipRocket, choose the third option, "Set up custom preferences." Scroll down to the Additional Condition section and select "Don't fetch the orders from the selected Shopify fulfillment status that meet the following conditions." Choose the condition related to Shopify Tags.

Add zappr Tag

In the specified field, type "zappr" in lowercase letters and press Enter. This action adds the tag. Finally, scroll down and click on Save Changes to apply the settings.
