Hiration's Step-by-Step Workflow

This document outlines the process of using Hiration's platform to create and optimize your resume and cover letter. Follow the steps below to effectively utilize the platform's features, including resume creation, feedback incorporation, tailoring to job descriptions, and more.

Step 1

Welcome to the Hiration platform. On the left, you can explore various products, and you'll find a series of tasks assigned to you. You can view and manage your assigned tasks from here.

The primary objective is to mark each task off your list. To create a new resume, click on "Create Resume," where you will have two options to proceed.

Choose between starting from scratch or uploading an existing resume.

You have the option to upload either a PDF or a Word document.

Upon uploading, you will be prompted to select a resume design. All available templates are compatible with ATIS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

The AI will then import your document and quickly analyze it. It will generate an overall score on the right, along with specific feedback.

The next step is to use the feedback provided to enhance your score.

For instance, if the AI indicates that the resume sections are not in chronological order, simply rearrange them by using the arrow icons.

After making the adjustments, the AI will confirm the correct format.

Once the format is correct, your score will improve. The AI offers general resume enhancement tips and, for job-specific optimization, use the "Resume Tailoring" feature. By adding a job description and clicking "Analyze," you’ll receive a detailed report outlining any qualifications or skills that need improvement.

The system provides actionable insights to enhance your resume for the job. Additionally, the ATIS checker evaluates your resume's performance against applicant tracking systems. You can either submit your resume for expert review or preview and download it in Word or PDF format.

Once your resume is ready, click "Generate Cover Letter" to create a corresponding cover letter.

Input the job description and submit it. In seconds, the AI will generate a cover letter. You can also optimize your LinkedIn profile by downloading it as a PDF first.

After uploading your LinkedIn profile, the AI provides a detailed report for further optimization.
