This document provides a detailed process to resolve issues with airbag listings, specifically addressing the addition of disclaimers and managing bulk updates. Follow these instructions to ensure listings are processed correctly without errors.

Step 1

Initially, a problem was identified when Bill Smith reported difficulty with airbag listings appearing in the flagged section. Upon investigation, it was found that the disclaimers were missing on their 253 forms, which are associated with airbags.

The disclaimer needed to be included. It was copied and pasted into the appropriate section. Afterward, the categories were reviewed to ensure accuracy.

The donor Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) was confirmed to be correctly entered.

It was impractical to update each listing individually. After entering details in bulk and attempting to update, it was noted that submissions were blocked without providing an error message.

Step 8

The bulk listing functionality encountered issues when trying to change descriptions.

Step 9

After attempting another update with no modifications, the submission was successful.
