This document provides a concise overview of the process to efficiently view and manage your activities using the system. You will learn how to navigate through the activity section, apply filters, and effectively track your and your team’s tasks.
Begin by logging into the system. Navigate to the left sidebar, locate the 'Activities' section, and click on it.

Upon clicking, the 'Activities' section should be your first tab. If not, follow these instructions to access it. Utilize the filters provided to sort activities by specific dates or by tasks due today. Additionally, you can view activities assigned to other team members for the day.

As a caseworker, if you wish to review the tasks assigned to your team, such as your paralegals, locate the assigned user. For example, today, Elena is tasked with drafting a representation.

Click on the task assigned to Elena. This will display the details of what needs to be accomplished. From this view, you can review the specific deal and examine the related person or entity. Proceed with the necessary actions based on the information provided.

It is important not to use the notes section within activities, as these notes may be lost when a project or deal is closed. Instead, document all notes in the person’s profile, or within the specific project or deal.

Once you have completed a task, click on 'Mark as Done'. This will allow you to seamlessly transition to the next activity.
