
This document outlines the process of sending bulk emails from a lead list using a series of straightforward steps. Each step is designed to guide you through the process of selecting leads, crafting a personalized message using templates, and ensuring the email is dispatched efficiently.
Begin by navigating to the Leads screen.

Filter the view by selecting "My Leads."

Choose "All" from the list and then click on "Send Email."

Select the sender's email address from the dropdown menu provided.

Opt for the appropriate email address to use as the sender.

Insert the preferred email template for your message.

To insert a merge field, highlight "First Name" and click on the icon located in the bottom left corner.

Select "First Name" as the merge field to use.

Utilize the search field to find the appropriate entry and then insert it.

This action will automatically insert the recipient's first name into the email. Proceed by clicking "Send."

Once sent, you can access each lead to view the email that was dispatched.
