Accessing an RDP Workstation

This process outlines the steps to access an RDP workstation using TruePeer. The steps guide you through selecting the appropriate options to access your workstation either through a web browser or a native RDP client, ensuring a seamless experience without the need for additional endpoint agents.

Step 1

To begin, navigate to the tile labeled "Engineering Workstation" and select it to access your RDP workstation.

Step 2

You will be presented with two options for your RDP session: accessing it through your web browser in a new tab or using your existing native RDP client. Both options do not require the Cielo Connect endpoint agent. To proceed with a web session, select "Web" and then click "Finish."

Step 3

You are now connected to your engineering workstation.
