Each item on the dashboard is color-coded as green, amber, or red, indicating its stock level. Additionally, a counter shows the remaining days' supply. Urgent items are prioritized at the top of the list, ensuring you know what requires immediate attention. Next, let's create a purchase requisition.

The requisition form is automatically pre-filled with your catalog items and quantities, based on minimum and maximum stock levels. Items are flagged as green, amber, or red, indicating the need for ordering. You have the option to adjust quantities, add notes, or attach photos.

Space is available for clinician sign-off. You can scan a barcode to add an item, and with a single tap, the order is dispatched. If an item is needed, the system identifies matching stock from nearby clinics or warehouses.

The display provides options sorted by distance and expiration date, enabling you to select supplies that are nearby and have a longer shelf life. This smart approach facilitates efficient sharing of supplies.

When new stock arrives, simply scan each item's barcode to register it into inventory. The app categorizes items as supplier-owned consignment stock and prompts you to record expiration dates. Since these are consignment items, payment is required only for utilized stock.

The system monitors the usage of these items and generates invoices based on actual consumption. Even without an internet connection, the app functions seamlessly. An icon will indicate offline status, but you can continue scanning and ordering.

Once reconnected to the internet, all data syncs automatically. You will also receive notifications for low-stock alerts. The system operates effectively on Android phones and tablets.
