
This document explains how to create and manage different types of time off requests (full day, half day, and hourly), including how to specify dates, times, reasons, and how to view or delete created requests.
Click the Create button to start a new request.

From the list of available activities, select Time Off.

The Time Off creation page will load.

Select the time off duration type. You can choose from:

For a full-day time off:


Next, specify the reason for this time off request in the Reason field.


For example, enter a reason such as “Return to leave.”

Save the full-day time off request.
Now, create a half-day time off request.

Select the Half Day duration option.


Set the date for the half-day time off (for example, 3rd of December).


Set the time, for example 4:00 PM.


Specify the reason for this half-day time off, then save the request.


You can also reopen an existing time off request if further changes are required.

Next, create an hourly time off request.


Set the time range, for example from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on 4th of December.


Specify the reason for this hourly time off.

Save the record to create the time off request.
If you click on Scrap, you can delete the time off request instead of saving it.
