This document outlines the procedure for assigning courses to individuals or groups within an organization. By following these steps, you will be able to efficiently manage course distribution and track participant progress.
Begin by navigating to the "Courses" section. For this example, we will use legal courses, so click on "Courses."

Select the course titled "Confidentiality and Data Protection."

Proceed to the course options.

Navigate to "Options" and select "Edit Assignments." You can choose "Smart Groups" to assign the course to an entire department, such as legal or operations, or assign it directly to a single individual.

Utilize "Smart Groups" to make your selection. You will be able to choose the appropriate group from the available options.

Specify that the entire legal department is required to complete the course. Press "Next" to proceed.

Opt to notify users via push notification and send a reminder if the course is not viewed.

Click "Next" to finalize the process.

Within the course, such as "Confidentiality and Data Protection," you can view the list of recipients and check their completion status.

You can identify who has completed or not completed the course.

You can also filter the information by table or progress to analyze the data more effectively.

When clicking on "Progress", we are able to review participant progress by examining which questions were answered correctly or incorrectly.

Another useful tool is "Preview". We are able to preview the course to ensure it is suitable for the intended group or individual.

Lastly, we can export the data to review the progress of all participants who have completed the course.
