Feel free to personalize the scorecard by adding new criteria or modifying existing ones to suit your needs.

Determine the importance of each criterion by marking them as mandatory or preferred, giving you complete control over your hiring priorities.

If the existing scorecard doesn't meet your requirements, click on "regenerate" to create a new version.

Proceed to define your target companies for the search.
