This document explains how to review and manage tasks assigned by Micah within the Strategic Coach Tracker, ensuring all to-dos from each session are captured, visible, and documented with clear descriptions.
Make sure you are in the Strategic Coach Tracker workspace where Micah’s tasks are stored.
At the top of the screen, you will see multiple view options such as Grid, Board, Schedule, Charts, and Timeline. For managing tasks from Micah, you will primarily use the Grid and Board views.

Locate the sessions that have been recorded in the tracker (for example, August 12 and November 18).
For each session, verify that all to-dos from Micah’s notes have been added as tasks. These tasks represent items that need to be completed before the next Strategic Coach session (e.g., in the next few weeks, email Brady about sponsoring NAI leadership, complete naming and objections, etc.).
If any task is unclear or you want to see more information, open its card. To do this, click directly on the task card to view its details.

Within the opened task card, check the Description or Notes section.
If the description is missing or incomplete, add the relevant notes from Micah’s session so that the task clearly explains what needs to be done. Ensure all important context is captured so the task can be executed without confusion.
