
Discover the new Campaigns feature on your Edmingle dashboard, designed to enhance your marketing efforts. This tool allows you to send bulk notifications and engage with your learners across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and SMS—all within the Edmingle platform.
We are excited to introduce the new Campaigns feature on the Edmingle dashboard. This marketing toolkit allows you to send bulk notifications and engage with your learners through four channels: WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and SMS, directly from Edmingle.

There is no longer a need for CRM tools or other marketing stacks. Simply navigate to the Edmingle dashboard, go to the marketing section, and click on Campaigns.

Within the Campaigns section, you can create bulk campaigns. Click on 'Start Campaigns,' and select a campaign name along with your preferred channel.

Choose your desired channel, such as push notifications.

Set the delivery date and time. You have the option to send the campaign immediately, by setting it up within five minutes, or schedule it for later.

In this example, I am selecting the immediate delivery option.

Click 'Save and Continue.' Next, you can select the learners. Choose learners manually or upload a CSV file containing learner data. If you prefer to select learners manually, you can do so here.

Select learners by their name or email IDs or choose from different cohorts. While the cohort feature is in development, you can currently select all learners of a branch or make manual selections.

Click 'Save and Continue.' The next step allows you to select a message template, which you can configure from the settings.

Access the notification system under the announcements section to edit the template.

Complete the editing process and finalize your message.
