
This document explains how to create and review a time off request in Exeevo CRM, including selecting different duration types (all day, half day, or hourly), filling in required details, and viewing the request in both list and calendar views.
Start by clicking the plus (+) button on the top right of the header.
From the menu that appears, select Time Off.

In the time off request form, choose the Duration Type.

You can select one of the following options: All Day, Half Day, or Hourly.
If you select All Day, choose the Start Date and End Date for your time off.

Select the Start Date. For example, you could select from 26th and click Done

Then select the End Date. Example 27th as an example and Click Done.

If you select Half Day,

First choose the Date for your time off.

Then select the Duration, choosing either AM or PM.

If you select Hourly,

Choose the Date for your hourly time off.
Then select the Time, including both Start Time and End Time.


Select the Reason for your time off from the available options.
The Subject is either autogenerated or can be configured to be entered manually by the user, depending on system configuration done by your Admin.
Once you have completed all required fields, save the details.

Note: The Position (your territory) is autofilled.
After saving, your time off request appears in the calendar and in your list view on the left. To return to the home screen, click Back.

To view your time off request on the calendar, click the Calendar button.

When you click the calendar button, you will see the request in the calendar, for example on the 27th.
You can click the record in the calendar to open and view the details.


Alternatively, you can switch to the List View to see your time off request.
