Navigating the My Scopes Page

Welcome to the guide on navigating the My Scopes page within the Scope system. This page serves as the primary landing page upon logging in, offering a range of functionalities to enhance your user experience. From applying filters to utilizing templates, this guide will walk you through each feature in a structured manner.

Step 1

Upon logging into the Scope system, you will land on the My Scopes page. This serves as the default landing page and provides access to various functionalities necessary for managing scopes.

Step 2

Begin by exploring the "Show Filters" feature, which allows you to apply different filters to refine the view on the My Scopes page. By selecting the Client filter, you can view scopes specific to a client, effectively narrowing down your options.

Step 3

Additional filters are available for criteria such as budget, account, or rate card. The white cylinder icon provides another customization option, enabling you to tailor the My Scopes page view based on individual preferences by toggling various settings.

Step 4

You can modify the view by adding elements like rate cards or removing others, such as the 'Created By' information. Utilize the search functionality to find specific scopes quickly, adjusting the My Scopes page view accordingly.

Step 5

Folders are used to organize Scope folders, which can include individual client folders or those for specific scopes of work where offering options is necessary.

Step 6

The Templates section provides pre-built scopes that simplify the creation process. For instance, the AICP standard template is available, and other templates can be accessed from the My Scopes page.

Step 7

You have the ability to build and expand on existing templates. To create a scope from a template, click the three dots next to the desired template and select "Use Template," then proceed to build your scope.
