Welcome to the automated data ingestion and validation process. This guide will demonstrate how Zyndigo can enhance the efficiency of your organization by streamlining the tasks for various roles.

This section introduces you to tools such as dashboards, auto classification, and predefined specifications within an automated error management dashboard. These tools are designed to facilitate your daily tasks. Let's proceed to explore the system.

Once logged in, the home screen dashboard is displayed, tailored to your role. It serves as the primary entry point for data correction and workflow monitoring. Here, you can identify missing marketing descriptions for contributor reviews or business conditions in the accessory workflow.

To delve into the details, simply click the relevant button, allowing you to review the specific issues at hand.

The widget for business conditions also indicates a missing marketing description. By clicking a button, you are redirected to the product or accessory. In the summary view, the missing marketing description is highlighted.

Click the button to address the missing marketing description. Enter the necessary text, save it, and the issue is resolved. Returning to the basics, you will see everything is now correct.

Next, we address pricing information. Ensure values have only two decimal places, not three, and correct as necessary.

If an error occurs, an error message will appear. For example, changing a point to a comma, which is not permitted, will need to be fixed.

Immediate feedback is provided to system users, whether they are data stewards, parts operation specialists, business owners, or others. For towing bars, specific attribute groups for towing are automatically added.

Additionally, an auto-classification business rule allows automatic classification of accessories or parts. Select an accessory part and enable the auto classification.

Save the configuration to trigger the auto classification. This trigger can also be set during the import process for automatic execution.

In this example, the towing bar classification is missing. Let's address this.

We also have a business rule for auto classification. Choose another accessory to proceed.

Select a towbar kit to continue the process.

Click on the towbar kit to view details. Note the absence of towing information under basic information, pricing, media, and extended information.

Currently, no classification is available. Set the auto classification Boolean to true to initiate automatic classification based on the accessory name.

After a refresh, the towing attributes are assigned to the product, and it is categorized under towing in accessories classification.

As a business owner, ensure consistency by automatically checking specification suffixes and configurations. Normalize elements like brand names accordingly.

If a marketing title is entered incorrectly, such as "Toyota" in lowercase, save it for correction.

Upon refreshing, the algorithm corrects the brand name to "Toyota" with the proper capitalization.

Consistency is also vital for relationships. Add only applicable vehicles to a specific part, excluding other entities like accessories or warranties at this stage.
