Welcome to CodeAid's Fusion Hub. Today, we will review the My Team Activity Center in Oracle Fusion, which is designed to simplify team management by consolidating key actions and insights all into one place. To begin, navigate to the My Team section and then access the Team Activity Center.

Let's explore the views available in the My Team Activity Center. Click on "View." The default setting is the Workers view. This view offers a comprehensive overview of all your team members.

The available tabs include Employment, where you can view job details, assignments, and work relationships; Compensation, where salary, bonuses, and pay adjustments can be checked; and Talent, which provides access to performance ratings, goals, skills, and career development plans.

Now, let's switch to the Positions view.

Click on "Positions," and then click elsewhere on the screen to refresh your view.

The Positions view displays the organizational structure and open positions. You can view the reporting hierarchy, position details, identify vacancies, and request positions linked to these vacancies.

In the Requisitions view, you can monitor and manage job requisitions. Furthermore, in the Offers view,

you can manage job offers for prospective candidates. Let's switch back to the Workers view.

Click on "View Offers," then select "Workers," and click elsewhere on the screen

to refresh your view. Switch your tab back to the Employment section.

Let's review Quick Actions. You can initiate team-level actions like updating time cards, approving requests, or launching guided journeys.

If managing multiple teams, use the "Switch Team" option to review the teams that are available to you. Use Switch Team to view other managers' teams if they have been delegated to you.
