This document details the process of using AI enrichment to enhance data from custom Excel sheets, zip folders, and Google Drive image links. The step-by-step instructions below will guide you through uploading data and images, initiating the AI enrichment process, and approving the final results.
I'll demonstrate a new feature launched on AI PIM, which is AI enrichment that supports custom Excel sheets, zip folders, and Google Drive image links. We will add a partially filled Excel sheet to this account to see how AI enrichment enhances the data.

Examine the Excel sheet. It is a user-provided sheet containing SKU and attribute data. Alongside this, a zip folder of images will be uploaded. For these two SKUs, there are links to Google Drive folders containing the image URLs.

This folder link contains the product images. It is one type of input provided, and there are other SKUs within the same sheet containing links to the actual images.

There are multiple ways users can provide data, as demonstrated. Let's proceed to AI PIM to initiate the AI enrichment process.

Select the list of products in Excel and images. Provide the recently downloaded Excel sheet and the zip folder of images. Combined, they contain all the SKU data to be uploaded. The temporary name given is "Covid."

The brand will now be created. This process might take a few minutes due to multiple SKUs in the sheet. Exit and return to the main screen.

The process, including unzipping, has started. Fast-forward a few minutes to see it in the "enrichment in-progress" state. Check the status of enrichment.

Click on "Open Job" to access the data. Visit another product to verify, noting a 97% fill rate and multiple images.

The data quality depends on the amount of information provided. Once satisfied with the fill rate, approve the SKU.

Upon approval, observe that the specific SKU has been approved. If you check the products tab, the SKU appears there.
