To begin the process of syncing your company email and calendar with Pipedrive, navigate to your profile by clicking on your initials. Select "Personal Preferences."

Next, click on "Email Sync."

Click "Add Email Account" to integrate a new email. This is useful for individuals who manage multiple email accounts, such as case workers or paralegals with both application and personal emails, or teams requiring specific departmental emails.

For any additional emails you need, simply select "Add Email Account."

Enter the specific email address you wish to add and click "Next."

Proceed by entering your password.

Once your email is synced, return to the main menu. Now, proceed to "Calendar Sync" to continue the integration.

In the calendar sync section, enter the email you want to sync and click "Connect Account."
