By following this straightforward setup process, you’ll configure automated reminders that prompt customers to redeem their coins — effortlessly strengthening engagement and loyalty.
Ensure customers are reminded to use their rewards before they forget.
How to do it:
Dashboard → Features → Reminders → Configure
Turn on the switch to enable the reminder feature. Once activated, additional configuration options will be available.

With the reminder enabled, the Notification Settings panel becomes visible.
This section details how customers are notified once a reminder is triggered.
Determine how many days after point earning the reminder should be sent. Days range: Between 1–45 days

If set to 10 days, customers will get the first reminder after 10 days of inactivity.
Set up multiple follow-up reminders to enhance customer engagement. For instance, schedule two reminders with a 5-day gap between them. If the first reminder is sent on Day 1, the next will go out on Day 6.
You can configure anywhere from 1 to 5 total reminders based on your campaign needs.
Limit reminders based on a minimum coin balance. Example: Only trigger reminders for customers holding 300+ coins.

Set the coin balance limit here. After setting it up, click on "Save" to save the limit.
Define how customers will receive their reminders. Options include:


For this example, choose Email as your notification type. This is ideal for delivering personalized and visually engaging messages.
Upon selecting Email, you'll see the current template name.
Review the email content — update it to match your tone or add promotional elements if needed.
To create a new design:

Proceed with your chosen template — existing or new — and click Create.
Your email reminder is now ready to be automatically sent to customers.
The Unused Wallet Point Reminder is now fully configured and active. Click Save to finalize all settings.
