Begin by logging into the Q Employee CV site using your existing Microsoft account.

After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the dashboard. From the dashboard, navigate to the My Profile section by selecting the corresponding option.

Upon entering the My Profile section, you will find various options to preview and export your current CV. Utilize these features to manage your profile.

Proceed to the Import section. If you are using the platform for the first time, you may import your existing CV. However, if you have existing data on the site, it's advisable to avoid using the import feature to prevent data overwriting. Instead, utilize the AI data extraction functionality.

Be aware that importing might overwrite current data, hence use it cautiously if your CV is already populated.

In the Import section, note that the JSON import feature is intended for advanced or developer use.

Opt for the AI import feature by selecting 'Choose File' to upload your existing CV document.

After uploading your CV, which includes your data, proceed to the subsequent sections.

The General Information section offers tooltips to assist in updating your profile effectively.

A complete guide or video tutorial is available to assist you further. However, you may skip the tour if preferred.

In the General Overview, you can review and update your full name and designation. Make necessary changes as required.

Similarly, update your professional biography and enhance it using AI tools available within the platform.
