
This document provides a step-by-step process to efficiently add and manage time and effort entries for non-personnel using CoBro and Compass. Follow these simple steps to ensure accurate and complete records.
To begin adding time and effort for non-personnel, navigate to the main menu located in the top left-hand corner, select "Match," and then choose "Non-Personnel."

On the Non-Personnel page, click "New" located in the top right-hand corner. Proceed to fill out the required information, including the date and the partner details.

If the partner is associated with a sub-partner, ensure to select the appropriate sub-partner as well.

Enter all additional information you wish to record, such as salary, benefits, travel, and other relevant details.

You have the option to add notes and attach documents if necessary.

Once all information is accurately entered, click "Save" located in the top right-hand corner.

You will receive an "Action Successful" confirmation, and the non-personnel record will be displayed on the screen.
