Welcome to Agent Studio, where you can create and manage agents designed to conduct various types of interviews. This guide walks you through the process of setting up an agent for an engineering manager interview, monitoring the interview, and analyzing the results.
Upon entering Agent Studio, you will find a list of agents ready to conduct interviews.

This particular agent is configured to conduct interviews for the position of engineering manager.

The type of interview being conducted is managerial, rather than technical.

The total duration of the interview is set to five minutes. You can view the job description, and use custom prompts to instruct the agent on its specific actions during the interview.

Similarly, you can create any agent directly from the Agent Studio interface.

Once an agent is created, you can view all its details, including meeting links generated for that agent.

You can cancel a session and review previous conversations conducted by a particular agent.

From here, you can generate a meeting link.

Share this link with the candidate. Recruiters can also join the session.

Set an expiry for the generated link.

Define the maximum limit of participants or usage for the meeting.

By default, when creating an agent, an interview duration is provided.

You can choose to override the default interview duration if needed.

Once the time limit is exceeded, the agent will automatically stop the interview, and the candidate will not be able to respond to further questions.

Proceed to create the interview session.

When the candidate uses the link, they will see a window where they can enter their name and join the meeting. By clicking 'Get', they can join the session.

Once joined, you will observe the candidate's entry into the session.

The agent, operating under the name 'Guest', will be waiting for the candidate to join. You can then initiate communication with the agent.

The agent will introduce itself and outline the nature of the interview, stating it is for an engineering manager position, focusing on technical and leadership skills.

The role involves leading a critical team, and after the interview, you can analyze the entire conversation. The transcript of both the candidate's and agent's dialogue will be available.

You can generate an AI analysis and insights report for the interview. This report provides an overview of the candidate’s performance.

The report will highlight the candidate's subject knowledge, key strengths, areas of concern, and provide recommendations such as whether to hire, not hire, or consider further evaluation.

The process concludes with a comprehensive analysis like this.
