
This document provides a concise and professional step-by-step guide to help you seamlessly upload and organize files within Joist AI. By following these instructions, you will learn how to navigate the Files tab, upload files, categorize documents, and apply tags efficiently.
To begin, familiarize yourself with adding files in Joist AI.

Access the Files tab in Joist AI, where you can create collections, apply tags, and upload files effortlessly. Simply click the Upload button to select the file's location.

If you are uploading new RFPs or a specific document type, select the appropriate document type.

If unsure of the document type, Joist AI will attempt to classify the document as a proposal or an RFP; otherwise, it remains a document.

To add a file to a specific collection, choose the desired collection for the upload.

Alternatively, navigate to a collection or sub-collection and click Upload. The chosen collection will be pre-selected.

Proceed to upload multiple files.

Select the desired files for upload. You will notice the upload process has started, allowing for mass-selection and document type adjustments.

For instance, categorize files as RFP or RFQR to ensure proper setup.

You may also add tags during this phase.

While most tags are auto-selected, you can manually select and apply specific tags to all files concurrently if necessary.
