    The Review Collection Reminder feature is designed to automatically prompt customers to leave reviews after purchasing a product. By configuring smart reminders based on order status and timing, you can:

    • Obtain valuable feedback to improve your offerings

    This guide will help you set up reminder timings and notifications to ensure reviews are requested at the optimal time in the customer journey.

    Step 1 - Open the Review Collect Reminder Section

    Navigate to the Review Collect Reminder section in your dashboard to start configuring your reminder settings. From the main menu:

    • Click Features
    • Then go to Reminders
    • Locate Review Request Reminder in the list
    • Click the Configure button to begin setting up your review reminder options.

    • The interval between reminders, such as a gap of 5 days for the second reminder on the 25th day.

    • First reminder sent 20 days after status update
    • No. of reminders to be sent = 2
    • Second reminder sent 5 days later, on Day 25

    Once all reminder settings (status, delay, number of reminders, interval) are configured, click Save to finalize the setup.
