This document outlines the streamlined process for creating deals using the system's interface. It provides a step-by-step guide, ensuring that users can easily navigate through the deal creation process, input all necessary information, and assign deals to the correct pipeline. Each step includes relevant screenshots for better understanding.
Navigate to the deals view.

Select the "Create a Deal" option.

There will be an asterisk next to each required section, you will need to fill all these out to successfully create the deal.

Ensure that the deal is placed in the appropriate pipeline. If it is a new business deal, assign it to the sales pipeline. Deals in Australia should be directed to the AU sales pipeline. For deals in the US, assign them to the US sales pipeline.
Renewal deals are typically auto-generated. In situations requiring manual renewal creation, if the customer is already established, assign the deal to add-on licensing.Even for new deals with existing customers, utilize the add-on licensing pipeline.

Knowing the exact number of endpoints is not required - an approximate is fine to start if you are waiting on the exact number.

Fill out the Deal Type and Deal Source.

Each deal needs to have an associated company and contact.

Upon completing all necessary fields, the "Create" button will turn orange, allowing you to finalize the deal creation.
