
This document provides a detailed overview of the process to issue loyalty points using a dashboard. The instructions will guide you on how to perform this task efficiently, whether individually or in bulk, utilizing a CSV file.
Begin by ensuring you are logged into the system. Navigate to the dashboard where the process will be conducted.

Once logged in, locate the dashboard screen. On the left side menu, click on "Loyalty Points."

Within the "Loyalty Points" section, select the "Bulk Issue Loyalty" option. Here, you will find two choices available.

You will see two options: "Manual" and "CSV". With the manual option, you can issue points using a card number, customer ID, email, or phone number.

For demonstration purposes, select customer email as the method. You may enter multiple email addresses for issuing points, allowing for flexibility in selection.

With multiple email entries possible via the manual option, assign the desired amount of points. You may also set an expiry date, which is optional, along with adding any customer notes.

Adding a customer note is optional. Once all necessary information is filled out, click on "Issue Loyalty Points" to finalize the process.

Verify whether the points have been issued by checking the email ID used. Confirm that the transaction is completed as expected.

The transaction details, including loyalty card number and points assigned, will be displayed. You can view this alongside the current timestamp for reference.
