Locate the Loyalty Point section on the dashboard. Click on the "All Loyalty Points" button, then select "Bulk Issue Loyalty Points." You will find two options here: Manual and CSV.

Select the CSV option and download the sample CSV file. If you have already downloaded it, you can proceed by clicking "Download" to obtain the sample CSV.

Click the "Next" button, then upload the CSV file. Ensure that the data in the CSV file is correctly filled out. Select the file and proceed by clicking "Next."

Review the different fields available. Not all fields are mandatory. Update the card number and the points in the necessary fields.

You can update the information using either the card number or the customer ID. Verify the CSV file in your Downloads and open it. This is the file containing the data.
