This guide provides a detailed process on how to edit basic elements of a signature, focusing on image elements. The instructions cover modifying content, designing aspects, and layout adjustments to create a polished and professional signature.
Begin by exploring how to edit the basic elements of your signature, starting with the image element. Click on the image element to open the editing panel.

In the Content tab, set the image source by using variables or by directly uploading a file. You can also set a link URL through variables or as a free input. Additionally, you have the option to add animation by incorporating an additional image file.

Set the transition effect for the animation to enhance visual appeal.

Navigate to the Design tab to adjust the image size and select the image shape. You can also set the background and add a border to the element's surroundings. These design properties are available for each element.

In the Layout tab, adjust the space around the elements and change their position relative to other elements by altering the alignment. It's important to note that elements can move within an existing space that was not specifically created with padding.

For example, in certain cases, horizontal alignment adjustments may not be possible unless elements are repositioned. By moving the image to a different location, you may find enough space that was not originally created with padding, allowing for position changes.
