This document outlines the process for evaluating candidates within the system. It details the steps for inviting candidates, assessing their skills, and determining their eligibility for specific roles based on their scores.
After creating an event, let's explore what occurs when a candidate is submitted.

Candidates can be invited through various methods: by adding them directly from the platform or sharing the registration link.

When a candidate registers, their details will appear in the NeoHire system as shown.

You will notice candidates with varying score categories. Some have medium scores, while others have high scores. These scores are calculated by comparing the candidate's resume with the required skills.

The system analyzes the candidate's resume skills and matches them against the required skills to generate a score.

This method is how each candidate's score is determined.

For instance, Sakhile Adve has a medium score, and this event is associated with two roles.

We will check if the candidate is eligible for the QA Engineer role.

Sakhile is not eligible, as indicated by the low score.

For the SDE-1 role, the candidate received a score of approximately 55.

Additionally, the system identifies the key strengths of each candidate.

Ragul Mehta is identified as a high-profile candidate, though not suitable for the QA Engineer role.

Ragul has an impressive score of 85 for the SDE-1 role, based on the identified key strengths.
