Efficient File Sharing and Downloading

In this process, you'll learn how to efficiently download and share files using Responic Support. Follow these steps to optimize your file management, whether you're downloading files to your device or sharing them with others through a shared link.

Step 1

Begin by visiting Responic Support. If you're ready to download or share files, let's dive into the process.

Step 2

As you become familiar with the interface, you'll find it easy and productive. Depending on whether you want to download files or share them via a link, you'll have several options. First, select the file you wish to download or share.

Step 3

Select the file you intend to share or download by hovering over the thumbnail and placing a check mark on the small circle. This step allows you to gather, sort, and review files, making changes if necessary, until you have all the files you need.

Step 4

Review your options one by one. For downloading files to your computer, ensure the files are check-marked, then click on Download.

Step 5

You will be presented with several options. The original file is the best available version and retains the program suffix in its name, typically suitable for high-quality print.

Step 6

Proceed by assigning a name to your download ZIP file. You also have the option to select a different size other than the original if necessary.

Step 7

The ZIP file will be saved in your Downloads folder. Now, for the second option, create a shared link if you plan to send files to others.

Step 8

Click on the Share icon. Here, you will have several options: use the blue box to email something directly or the orange box to create a shared link.

Step 9

To share via email, click here and select New Email Shared Link. A range of options will be available to you.

Step 10

Enter one or more email addresses, adjust the expiration date, and if desired, include a message. You can then proceed to create a shared link to distribute to others by assigning it a name and adjusting the expiration date.

Step 11

Feel free to add a message if you wish. The link will be copied to your clipboard, making it ideal for sharing with multiple people or incorporating into a press release.
