AI Enrichment Process for Custom Excel and Image Inputs

This document provides a step-by-step process to utilize the AI enrichment feature on AI PIM. It allows users to enhance data from Excel sheets, zip folders, and Google Drive image links. Follow these instructions to effectively integrate and enrich your product data using various input methods.

Step 1

I'll demonstrate a new feature we launched on AI PIM: AI enrichment that supports custom Excel sheets, zip folders, and Google Drive image links. I will add a partly filled Excel sheet to this account to showcase how AI enrichment can enhance the data.

Step 2

Let's examine the Excel sheet. You will notice that it is a user-provided Excel sheet containing SKU data and attribute data. Alongside this, I will upload a zip folder of images. For two SKUs, there are links to Google Drive folders containing the image URLs.

Step 3

The provided link leads to a folder containing images of the product, which is one type of input. There are also other SKUs within the same sheet that contain direct links to the images.

Step 4

These examples showcase the various ways users can provide data. Now, let's proceed to AI PIM to initiate the AI enrichment process.

Step 5

I am selecting the option for a list of products in Excel and images. I will provide the downloaded Excel sheet and the zip folder of images. Together, these contain all the SKU data I wish to upload. For now, I will name it COVID.

Step 6

The brand will also be created. It may take a few minutes due to multiple SKUs in the sheet. Let's exit and return to the main screen.

Step 7

The process, including unzipping, has started. After fast-forwarding a couple of minutes, we see it in the enrichment in-progress state. Let's check the enrichment status.

Step 8

Click on "Open Job" to view the data. Check another product for confirmation. This product has a 97% fill rate and includes multiple images.

Step 9

The extent of data provided influences the outcome. Once satisfied with the results, you can approve the SKU. I am content with the fill rate here and will proceed to approve it.

Step 10

After approval, you will see that this specific SKU has been approved. By navigating to the products tab, you can confirm that the SKU now exists there.
